Meet the team

Keo often goes by “Q” and is originally from Laos. He’s been in HVAC over a decade! He likes to go to restaurants and go shopping, and has a deep appreciation for the arts and music.

Get ready for one of the friendliest people you’ll encounter today. Matt loves both the HVAC industry, and being athletic. A fun fact about him is that he can be found “chilling”- literally, in an Ice Bath- after a long workout or workday. Brrrrr!

Craig is a great asset to our team and has been for 11 years. He spends his time camping with his family, and riding and racing ATV’s. He’s got a lot of knowledge to teach young techs, and makes a great Christmas rum cake.

Dustin has been serving Home Comfort’s customers for 20 years! He’s been an amazing asset to our team, and is quite knowledgeable on all things heating & cooling related; a great tech and educator, and our chief cheerleader as our General Manager. An interesting thing about Dustin is that he grew up in South Dakota

Our team runs as well as it does in part to the skills of our Service & Install Manager, Jan! He’s been with our team for 6 years, and is skilled in ALL trades, including HVAC. Did you know he’s fluent in three languages? Say hi to him on the phone in Greek! You’ll hear his smile in return.

Paul has been selling new equipment and systems with Home Comfort for over 12 years. He grew up in Park Ridge. Paul is an avid sports fan; he loves watching, participating, and coaching. He also likes learning statistics, especially for professional & college football and baseball.

Travis has been with Home Comfort for 13 years!. He spends free time with his family, and enjoys being outside and fishing.

Patrick is a tech with a wide range of skills. He has a background in mathematics and finance, as well as a long history of playing in jazz and concert bands.

Emilie’s been in the Home Comfort family for a 11 years! She spends time learning about interior design, reading fiction novels, and chasing around her kiddos. Her favorite day is spent at a lake. She’s part problem solver and part brainstormer.

Ivica also goes by Johnny, and we’ve been so happy to have him on our team for almost 7 years. He’s from the beautiful country of Croatia, and has 60 first cousins!

We’re so glad we’ve had Bill with us for 8 years. Bill is proud to have been in the HVAC industry for 37 + years. He really enjoys watching his grandkids play in different sports, and riding his Harley when the time and weather allows.

Lauren has been with our team for almost 5 years, and is the friendliest voice you’ll speak with today. She expertly manages our Comfort Plans, and shares her positive vibes with everyone. One cool fact about Lauren is that she’s gone skydiving!

We’re glad to have Jose on our team for 3 years now. Jose is a calm, happy guy- and a Disney World fan!

Karolina joined our team at the beginning of the year. She has worked in finance for over 18 years, and truly enjoys what she does. A fun fact about Karolina is that she loves to binge watch a really good show- the more seasons the better!

Shanqae has come to the Home Comfort family from the finance industry, having assisted customers and student with loans for the past 8 years. She enjoy traveling the world and spending time with her little ones. A Fun fact about her was that she was born in Panama 🇵🇦.

We’re glad to have an HVAC service tech like John. Fun fact: he’s a total car guy- old school muscle cars that is. His dream project would be a ’72 Chevelle.

Michael is eager to practice his growing HVAC skills, and loves to make people laugh!
Moises: Moises is great to have out in the field, assisting our customers in all sorts of installation and maintenance projects.

Mike is our dispatcher, and also a licensed real estate broker with a history of commercial property management. Those experiences, along with his insight and problem solving skills, have become crucial while Dispatching our techs and procuring parts. He also has a history in hospitality management, so you’re bound to have a lovely conversation if you get him on the phone. Mike’s married to Regina, and has an adorable pup Rocco, and swears those two are the only interesting things about him.
